Benetel Policy

Benetel is committed to the principles and practice of excellence and to continually improving the products and services delivered to our customers.

We are committed to providing the highest quality products and services by maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, complying with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, and driving for continuous improvement to meet or exceed our customer’s requirements. We are also committed to satisfying customer, statutory, regulatory and other applicable requirements.

Benetel will meet customer requirements and the requirements of ISO9001: 2015 by:

– Maintaining and enhancing the competence of employees

– Working with customers to maintain and develop relationships

– Enhancing supplier relationships

– Utilising the Quality Policy to provide a framework for setting objectives

– Monitoring, measuring and continually reviewing our processes

We constantly strive to improve our products and processes to confirm that they adhere to the highest possible standards. We drive continuous process improvement using a variety of tools and approaches, including lean and 6 Sigma. We advocate high levels of engagement within our team and strive to create a continuous learning environment.

We also work closely with customers to refine test methods, match products to applications and design products that meet and exceed customer expectations. Customer feedback is a vital part of our ongoing collaborations.

Benetel’s quality management system is a key enabler of our quality strategy – our processes are defined and mapped using our VIPIR method (Visual Identification of Processes integrating Risk Management). We continuously monitor our performance and implement improvement actions driving improvements in every aspect of our operation.

Environmental Policy

We pursue environmentally conscious research and development. As part of Benetel’s commitment to the environment we continuously work on improving the environmental performance of our products. As such we work within the framework of the REACH & RoHS directives, consequently, we monitor the individual components that go to making up our products and comply with any substance restrictions that are introduced via the said directives.

The RoHS Directive (directive to restrict the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment), which is applicable in the entire EU, defines various chemical substances that may not be used in electrical and electronic equipment.

REACH is a European Regulation and is an acronym for the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals. The overall aims of REACH are to provide a high level of protection of human health and the environment from the use of chemicals and allow free movement of substances on the EU market.
