ADI launches the AD9375 wideband RF transceiver with reference design by Benetel
Analog Devices Inc. (ADI) today announced the expansion of their award-winning RadioVerse™ technology and design ecosystem to include their leading edge AD9375 wideband RF transceiver and accompanying small-cell radio reference design developed by Benetel.
The reference design features a full AD9375-enabled JESD204B-to-antenna radio signal chain, 2 x 2 MIMO, and 250mW power output per antenna port [0.5W total power output] in a small form factor measuring 88mm x 83mm and consuming less than 10W. It is currently available in frequency band 7 [2500 – 2570 MHz, 2620 – 2690 MHz] and meets 3GPP Medium Power Base Station Rel. 11 Requirements.
Developed to maximise AD9375 capabilities and radio performance with minimised size, weight and power (SWaP), the reference design enables customers to reduce engineering overheads and radically accelerate time to market.
