Adrian joined Benetel as Chief Executive Officer in 2014 and is charged with leading the Company through a transition from Design Services to a LTE Small Cell Module provider.
Adrian brings a wealth of experience in the Telecommunications and Semiconductor markets.
Prior to joining Benetel, Adrian led IBM’s Semiconductor business in EMEA. Adrian’s career at IBM spanned 15 years and included Sales, Marketing and Operational leadership roles.
Adrian holds an MBA and Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics, both from the University of Limerick.

18 year career at KENWOOD, Japan, as part of their Professional Mobile Radio (PMR) RF design team as well as with Motorola (UK) and Lucent (Dublin) designing GSM & 3G UMTS Base Stations.
Prior to joining Benetel, Padraig held a senior engineering position designing Cable Modems & Cable Modem Termination Systems (CMTS) for COM 21 in Cork.
Padraig’s expertise spans RF systems, RF circuits and designing for volume mass production. His design successes range from VHF & UHF PMR radios, GSM &3G base stations, cable modems to GPS Modules.
Joined Benetel in 2013 and is responsible for Sales & Marketing.
Prior to Benetel, career has spanned from engineering to product management and marketing to technical sales.
Strong background in Product Management and Technical Sales of global technology businesses in companies such as Harris (Intersil), Littelfuse and Western Automation R&D. Has accomplished successes in business turnaround resulting in demonstrated revenue and profit growth. International experience in acquisitions, technology transfers and IP licensing.
Has engineering, marketing and sales qualifications. MSc in Management from University of Ulster and a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University. Also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Marketing from the IMI and a Postgraduate Diploma in International Selling from DIT.
